On Wednesday, May 10th between 4am ET and 8am ET, Amazon Web Services will be performing maintenance on Appboy's AWS Direct Connect router that connects our US based AWS environment to our physical servers. While we do not expect any downtime or customer impact, as Amazon has stated that the maintenance should not be disruptive, any maintenance is an opportunity for unexpected error.

Our team has created a network contingency plan in the event that there is a disruption in the Appboy Services for customers in our US data center due to this maintenance. We will keep this status page updated in the event of any issues during the AWS maintenance on May 10th.

This maintenance notification is only for customers in Appboy's US data centers.
